What Is LiteBar? (Fiberglass rebar)
LiteBar is fiberglass rebar, the product of a revolutionary production process, in which high-quality glass fiber is combined with durable resin, resulting in a considerably lighter and stronger rod than steel. Each bar only weighs about 2.5 pounds. It is also resistant to corrosion and does not conduct electricity, making it ideal for almost all concrete construction projects.
When to use LiteBar
Although it is made from a completely different material, LiteBar is identical to traditional steel. The LiteBar’s resistance to rust and corrosion makes it particularly suitable for very humid environments, which probably cause rust from conventional steel bars. Because of its tensile strength and low weight, LiteBar is ideal for leveling, parking lots, floor slabs, jib walls, foundations, and a few structural applications. A vertical application has been submitted to the ICC evaluation service, and our engineers are already working on quality documentation according to ICC-ES AC10. Until this process is complete, a technician must be consulted for use in the walls.
Stronger than other products, the LiteBar can be cut with a bolt cutter, sharpener or circular saw so that you can cut it at your leisure without special tools. Lighter than steel, LiteBar is also less expensive to transport and easier to use, so you meet deadlines and keep the budget of your project.

Concrete walls built with insulating concrete forms (ICF) provide comfort, strength, durability, resistance, resistance to natural disasters, rest and increased energy efficient construction. What is ICF?
First, ICF stands for “isolated or insulated concrete formwork.” In short, these are in-situ concrete forms that are used for the construction of external walls of houses or buildings. The shapes consist of a central part, in which metal strips are often hung which are used to stabilize and reinforce the concrete that will eventually be poured into this section to fill any openings.
Each side of the shape, which will ultimately be the inside and outside of the walls, is made of an insulating material. Often this insulation consists of two to four-inch insulation foam. In the finished product your outer walls, therefore, have a concrete core that is wrapped with insulating foam.
ICF Forms are usually only used for external walls. There are many reasons for this. First, there is no need for thick, insulating inner walls. Secondly, if you want to reconfigure the interior walls, it would be a massive task if your walls were reinforced concrete. However, there has been a tendency to build a ‘security space’ in a house or office that is housed on both sides of concrete walls.
ICF Forms can be used below or above the ground level. They can also be used in multistage applications.
A common misconception about ICF Forms is the appearance of the end product. Because the ICFs remain in place, it will be necessary to provide siding, stones, stones, etc. outside and plasterboard inside. The end product is a house that looks like a traditional house if the builder wishes.
