Liteform Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) contains the latest developments in ICF technology to reduce labor on Job site. The 16-inch high, 48-inch long Liteform ICF pre-assembled units include a fold able strap that allows forms to be folded flat for storage, packaging, shipping, and handling. Liteform ICF blocks are available in 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 core widths, and all accessories to efficiently build a wall system in completely solid concrete. Insulating concrete form-work provide sustainable and energy-efficient building envelopes.
New York PolySteel produces the Liteform range of pre-assembled ICF block shapes for use in residential and commercial projects with one or several stories. The flat and monolithic cavities will meet all requirements of the building code. Continuous furring straps, pre-formed corners, and exclusive accessories enable quick and easy installation and maintenance.
The LiteDeck® ICF System is a lightweight, stay-in-place form made of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and used to construct site-cast or precast concrete floors, roofs, decks, and walls for commercial, industrial and residential uses. Lite-Deck® provides structural strength through reinforced concrete and EPS insulation through.
LiteBar ( Fiberglass rebar) is an innovative product, provides many of the advantages of traditional materials with none of the downsides.
Manufactured with high-quality glass fiber with polyester resin or optional vinyl ester resin. LiteBar is built to be stronger, lighter, and rust free! LiteBar is non-magnetic, making it electrically non-conductive as well as thermally non-conductive. Packaged in 50 piece bundles for easy shipping and handling.
What Is LiteBar? (Fiberglass rebar)
LiteBar is fiberglass rebar, the product of a revolutionary production process, in which high-quality glass fiber is combined with durable resin, resulting in a considerably lighter and stronger rod than steel. Each bar only weighs about 2.5 pounds. It is also resistant to corrosion and does not conduct electricity, making it ideal for almost all concrete construction projects.
When to use LiteBar
Although it is made from a completely different material, LiteBar is identical to traditional steel. The LiteBar’s resistance to rust and corrosion makes it particularly suitable for very humid environments, which probably cause rust from conventional steel bars. Because of its tensile strength and low weight, LiteBar is ideal for leveling, parking lots, floor slabs, jib walls, foundations, and a few structural applications. A vertical application has been submitted to the ICC evaluation service, and our engineers are already working on quality documentation according to ICC-ES AC10. Until this process is complete, a technician must be consulted for use in the walls.
Stronger than other products, the LiteBar can be cut with a bolt cutter, sharpener or circular saw so that you can cut it at your leisure without special tools. Lighter than steel, LiteBar is also less expensive to transport and easier to use, so you meet deadlines and keep the budget of your project.
Does not destroy, extended structure life
Large labor & freight savings
STRONGER THAN STEEL
LiteBar outperforms traditional black bar in all ASTM testing criteria
LiteBar is electrically non-conductive and thermally non-conductive
INSTALLS LIKE STEEL
Tie it off and chair it up just like steel!
One of the most versatile lightweight materials available. Geofoam maximizes the efficiency of the installation on site. Geofoam arrives on the spot, ready to be placed.
GeoFoam“EPS Geofoam is used in geotechnical applications such as lightweight fill for construction on soft ground, for slope stabilization, and retaining wall or abutment back-fill; as well as for roadway and runway sub-grade insulation and foundation insulation.”
GeoFoamGeofoam provides stability to unstable soil conditions. Its lightweight characteristics make it a great solution for lightening the load of concrete in bridges, decks, green roofs, etc.
Geofoam is a lightweight filling material that meets ASTM D6817
POLYGUARD – Basement waterproofing
Self-Adhering Sheet Waterproofing 60 mil membrane consisting of rubberized asphalt adhesive completely coating a cross-laminated HDPE film. Factory-controlled composition with simple peel & stick application. For use in below-grade walls & foundations, decks and balconies, beneath shower pans, beneath thick set mortar, beneath kitchens, beneath toilet facilities, beneath mechanical rooms and in split slab constructions.
Why is Fastfoot® Green?
Sustainable and livable buildings start with a foundation that minimizes construction waste, prevents pollution and is cost effective.
Conserves Natural Resources
A single roll of Fastfoot® forms the same footing as 200 lineal feet of lumber, representing a dramatic increase in efficiency. Footing lumber is discarded after several reuses because of alkaline damage. Fastfoot® protects all lumber and stakes from concrete.
The photo on the right shows the typical footing lumber on a residential foundation in Vancouver BC. The photo insert shows Fastfoot® with sewn corners, where not a single piece of lumber was used to form the concrete. The fabric stays in place to prevent ground moisture from entering thefoundation concrete.
Prevents Ground Water Pollution
Fastfoot® is a damp proof membrane and prevents concrete toxins from contaminating sensitive ground water. With lumber footing forms, the concrete is in direct contact with the ground, and cement fines enter the groundwater, contaminating spawning and wildlife habitat

Concrete walls built with insulating concrete forms (ICF) provide comfort, strength, durability, resistance, resistance to natural disasters, rest and increased energy efficient construction. The use of CIF is growing rapidly. They offer homeowners and builders many advantages over walls with wood or steel frames.
Comfort. Buildings with ICF walls have a more uniform temperature during the day and at night. They have virtually no “cold spots” and much less draft. ICF walls have negligible air infiltration.
Solidity. The strength of the concrete construction reduces bending in the ground, as well as vibrations and shifts due to wind force. Quiet. An ICF wall leaves a sixth of one more than a standard frame wall.
What is ICF?
First, ICF stands for “isolated or insulated concrete formwork.” In short, these are in-situ concrete forms that are used for the construction of external walls of houses or buildings. The shapes consist of a central part, in which metal strips are often hung which are used to stabilize and reinforce the concrete that will eventually be poured into this section to fill any openings.
Each side of the shape, which will ultimately be the inside and outside of the walls, is made of an insulating material. Often this insulation consists of two to four-inch insulation foam. In the finished product your outer walls, therefore, have a concrete core that is wrapped with insulating foam.
ICF Forms are usually only used for external walls. There are many reasons for this. First, there is no need for thick, insulating inner walls. Secondly, if you want to reconfigure the interior walls, it would be a massive task if your walls were reinforced concrete. However, there has been a tendency to build a ‘security space’ in a house or office that is housed on both sides of concrete walls.
ICF Forms can be used below or above the ground level. They can also be used in multistage applications.
A common misconception about ICF Forms is the appearance of the end product. Because the ICFs remain in place, it will be necessary to provide siding, stones, stones, etc. outside and plasterboard inside. The end product is a house that looks like a traditional house if the builder wishes.
